All items are made on-demand through Printify. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and fulfillment location.

How long does shipping take?

Once produced, orders typically arrive in:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Canada & EU: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days
    Shipping times may vary based on the selected provider.

Where do orders ship from?

Our products are fulfilled by partners across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe.

Your item ships from the partner that ensures the fastest delivery to your region.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our products are made on demand, changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins.

How are your products made?

Every item is produced through trusted Printify print-on-demand partners. This ensures consistent quality, responsible production, and minimal waste.

Do you offer size guides?

Yes. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend checking it before ordering for the perfect fit.

Are your prints durable?

Absolutely. We use high-quality DTG (direct-to-garment) printing and embroidery options. Proper care ensures long-lasting color and fabric integrity.

How should I care for my clothing?

To preserve quality:

  • Wash cold, inside-out
  • Use mild detergent
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on the print

3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?

Yes. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as described, we’ll replace it at no cost.

For size or preference issues, please check our detailed policy before submitting a request.

How do I request a return or replacement?

Simply contact us at support@kazpervaden.com with your order number and photos if applicable.

We’ll guide you through the process calmly and clearly.

What if my package never arrived?

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with our production partner to resolve it and ship you a replacement when eligible.
